Pets Heaven began with a heartbreaking moment: watching our beloved golden retriever Biscuit struggle to settle at night, restless and uncomfortable, his eyes filled with a quiet weariness we couldn't ease.
As Australian dog owners, we felt helpless. We tried bed after bed — none of them designed with a senior dog's comfort in mind. We searched everywhere for something that would give Biscuit the rest he deserved in his final years.
That search led us to high-density foam design, quality materials, and a mission: to create beds built around genuine comfort and care. Pets Heaven launched in 2025 — built from love, informed by real dog owners, and made for families who refuse to settle for less.
