All Pets Heaven orthopedic pet beds are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.

Our warranty team will review your claim within 2–3 business days. We may request additional photos or information to assess the claim. In some cases, we may require the product to be returned for inspection.
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the remedy options outlined below. If the product needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion (or as required under Australian Consumer Law):
We will repair the defect at no cost to you. Repaired products will be returned within 10–14 business days.
We will send you a replacement product of the same model and size. If unavailable, we'll offer a comparable alternative.
If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Note: The choice of remedy may depend on the nature of the defect, the age of the product, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you may choose the remedy.

Proof of Purchase: While we can verify most orders through our system, we recommend keeping your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Warranty Transfer: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
